| Chicken breast | 2 pieces |
| Satay peanut sauce | 1 bottle |
| Coconut milk | 1 tbsp |
| Cucumber | ½ piece |
| Carrot | ½ piece |
| Burger buns | 2 pieces |
Marinade the Chicken
Place chicken in a bowl with 1 tbsp satay sauce and 1 tbsp coconut milk. Mix well until evenly coated.
Slice the Veggies
Peel the carrot and cucumber and julienne them into thin strips.
Toast the Buns
Cut burger buns in half and toast in a 180°C oven for about 5 minutes until warmed and lightly crispy.
Pan Fry the Chicken
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Assemble the Burger
Spread satay sauce on the base bun, add the chicken fillet, then top with julienned slaw. Add more satay sauce on the bun lid and place on top.
Plate Your Dish
Serve the burger on a plate alongside French fries.
